Scott Paladini

Mr. Paladini found Twelve Peers Captial in 2010.  

Prior to founding Twelve Peers Captial, Mr. Paladini worked for UBS Global Asset Management where he was an Associate Director in the Infrastructure & Private Equity Group. He was responsible for the origination, due diligence, financial analysis, negotiation and execution of private equity deals.  He successfully closed a number of deals including Northern Star Generation (where he held an observer board seat), a US power company with 13 power plants; Southern Water, a UK water utility; and Saubermacher, an Austrian waste management company.

Mr. Paladini began his career at Morgan Stanley in their fixed income division.  While at Morgan Stanley, he was responsible for the creation of a middle markets distribution platform that generated over $50 million in sales.

Mr. Paladini earned a B.A. in Economics from Colby College and an MBA from the Hough School of Business at the University of Florida.

Sean Joyce, Esq.

Mr. Joyce is a Senior Advisor for Twelve Peers Capital and is a lawyer for a leading New Jersey law firm.  He was named a  2012 "Rising Star" by the New Jersey Super Lawyers.

Mr. Joyce concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law representing management and individual defendants in the private and public sector; non-compete litigation; commercial litigation and business disputes.  His practice involves litigation of all types of labor and employment matters including discrimination claims, sexual harassment claims, breach of contract, whistleblower, public policy and employment-at-will claims, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters and business torts.

He has served as a Judicial Law Clerk inSomersetCountyfor Hon. Frank W. Gasiorowski, J.S.C. and Hon. Allison E. Accurso, P.J. Cv.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is also a Certified Court Mediator.

Mr. Joyce received a B.A. from the Univesity of Arizona and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America.
